Cyril J. Demeyere Limited, established as a Consulting Engineering firm in Tillsonburg in 1963, specializes in municipal and private civil engineering projects.

D.G.Biddle & Associates Limited was formed in 1973 by Devon G. Biddle, and incorporated in 1974 to provide Consulting Engineering Services, principally in Civil Engineering. The company grew from an initial group of 3 employees to what it is today. Currently, the firm offers Consulting Engineering and Planning services principally in the land development industry, with a complement of approximately 45 employees. The firm has extensive experience in all aspects of residential subdivision design which entails land use planning, municipal servicing, hydrology and design of hydraulic structures, flood plain and water resource management, as well as housing grading details. Our services extend from preliminary design to assumption of municipal services, including initial municipal contact, site design, construction administration and inspections.
