Bulletin to Members: Ontario Seeking Feedback on Proposed Amendments to On-Site and Excess Soil Regulation

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) is proposing to amend the On-Site and Excess Soil Regulation. These amendments concern the requirements for low-risk projects and storing excess soil. ACEC-Ontario asks members to review the proposed amendments and provide any feedback they may have by November 30, 2022.

On November 14th, the Finance Minister, Peter Bethlenfalvy, delivered the government’s annual Fall Economic Statement, providing an update on several programs and initiatives.
