Rapid Response Program

Ensuring our member firms are supported through discussions of fair and reasonable project terms and conditions.

ACEC-Ontario has a variety of member resources for firms to engage with as needed. One of the pillar member services at ACEC-Ontario is the Rapid Response Program. This program was established as a service to member firms providing timely support addressing problematic client contracts and procurement practices with anonymity.

The Rapid Response service, offered by ACEC-Ontario for member firms only, has successfully worked with member clients to achieve mutually beneficial RFP, RFI, or RFQ amendments and open new channels of communication.

The Rapid Response team provides analysis and advice on procurement issues through a new quick response service model. The service model is driven by a team of volunteers who set out to achieve solutions that are mutually beneficial to our members and their clients in an efficient and timely manner.

As we work through issues regarding contract terminology we vow to gather information and inform members of important issues along the way.
