2024 Annual & Special General Meeting

Join us for ACEC-Ontario’s 2024 Annual and Special General Meeting. This essential meeting will take place virtually on the morning of September 16th, 2024, at 10:00 AM. The AGM is an important piece of our association’s governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and active participation from our member firms.

At this AGM we will:

• Vote to Elect Directors: Members will vote to elect two new individuals to our Board of Directors, shaping the future leadership of ACEC-Ontario.
• Approve Auditors: Members will vote to appoint or reappoint auditor for the upcoming year.
• Hear from Leadership: Remarks on our activities, achievements, and strategic plans will be shared.
• Vote: This year, we will vote on by-law changes and articles of amendment, making critical decisions for our organization’s governance.
• Engage with Members: The AGM is a forum for members to ask questions, engage in discussions with ACEC-Ontario’s leadership.

We invite all staff members of our member companies to join us at this important meeting. However, please note that only Heads of Firms or appointed Firm Representatives may vote.
