Bulletin to Members: Government of Ontario extends emergency orders, Stay-at-Home orders remain in effect for Toronto, Peel and North Bay-Parry Sound until at least March 8th

The Government of Ontario’s emergency orders have been extended until March 21st under the Reopening Ontario Act, the province is maintaining the Stay-at-Home order and all existing public health and workplace safety measures are in effect for an additional two weeks in the Toronto and Peel Public Health Regions, along with the North Bay-Parry Sound District.

The Ontario government has extended the declared provincial emergency for an additional 14 days. The declaration of emergency made under section 7.0.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act (EMCPA), originally declared on January 12, 2021, will now expire on February 9, 2021,
