Join us for a virtual training session on ”Engaging EDI: Building Inclusive Teams and Workplaces”.

This talk draws from a survey of over 600 consulting engineers and architects, alongside industry research, to explore how supporting EDI can impact workplace culture, leadership, and business success. We’ll discuss the current state of EDI within professional services firms and delve into the challenges and opportunities in creating more inclusive environments.

Through relatable examples and actionable strategies, you’ll learn how EDI principles can strengthen employee engagement, enhance leadership practices, and align with your firm’s objectives. The session will be focused on what will be useful for small, owner-led consulting engineering firms.

This event is not just for engineers! Whether you’re a firm leader, team member (in any role at your firm), or aspiring future leader, this event offers an invaluable opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
