Queen’s Park Day 2026: Advocate, Connect & Represent Your Profession
March 31 at 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Update: Due to exceptional engagement from our members, registration for daytime delegate meetings is now closed. We are thrilled by the strong response.
We continue to welcome registrations for the evening reception at Queen’s Park and encourage all interested members to join us for this portion of the event.
ACEC‑Ontario invites members to join us at Queen’s Park on March 31, 2026 for an impactful day of advocacy and relationship‑building with provincial decision‑makers. Whether you’re an experienced advocate or participating for the very first time, this is a meaningful opportunity to help strengthen the voice of Ontario’s consulting engineering sector.
Queen’s Park Day brings members face‑to‑face with MPPs to discuss the issues shaping our industry—from infrastructure investment to procurement, permitting, and the future of professional services in Ontario. Your participation helps ensure our profession is understood, valued, and represented where it matters most.
No advocacy experience? No problem. ACEC‑Ontario provides everything you need: background materials, briefing notes, speaking points, and a supportive team environment. You’ll be paired with fellow members for all meetings, making this a collaborative and welcoming experience for participants at every comfort level.
Please RSVP by March 20th.
ACEC-Ontario will be hosting a Delegrate Preparation meeting on Monday, March 23rd at 12:00 PM for 45 minutes. You will receive an invite once you register.
Note: This event will be photographed. If you do not wish to have your photo taken please tell ACEC-Ontario staff.
Ways to Participate
1. MPP Meetings (Daytime) – No longer accepting registrations for meetings.
Participate in small‑group meetings with MPPs to highlight the essential role consulting engineers play in building and sustaining Ontario’s infrastructure and communities. These meetings offer a direct platform to influence policymakers and share the realities facing our sector.
2. Evening Networking Reception (5:00–7:00 PM)
Connect with industry peers, MPPs, and government staff in an informal, welcoming setting. The reception is an excellent opportunity to foster relationships and elevate the profile of consulting engineering in Ontario. Refreshments and nibbles will be served.
3. Participate in Both
Daytime meetings (full day or part day) and the evening reception.
This year’s Queen’s Park Day is generously supported ACEC – Canada Centennial Sponsorship Fund.
