Join us for the first edition of the Small Firms Owner’s Circle, an exclusive virtual open forum tailored specifically for founders, owners, and senior leaders of consulting engineering firms with fewer than 100 employees.
This initial session is designed to spark candid, peer-led dialogue around the real-world challenges of launching and growing a small firm in a competitive marketplace. Whether you’re firmly established or still navigating the early years, this is your space to share experiences, gain insights, and connect with others on the same path.
The first Owner’s Circle conversation will facilitate a collaborative, solutions-focused conversation centred around key topics, including:
