Join us for ACEC-Ontario’s 2025 Annual and Special Meeting. This essential meeting will take place virtually on the morning of September 15th, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The annual meeting is an important piece of our Association’s governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and active participation from our member firms.
At this meeting we will:
- Vote to Elect Directors: Members will vote to fill four new vacancies to our Board of Directors, shaping the future leadership of ACEC-Ontario.
- Approve Auditors: Members will vote to appoint or reappoint auditor for the upcoming year.
- Hear from Leadership: Remarks on our activities, achievements, and strategic plans will be shared.
- Engage with Members: The Annual Meeting is a forum for members to ask questions, engage in discussions with ACEC-Ontario’s leadership.
We invite all staff members of our member companies to join us at this important meeting. However, please note that only Heads of Firms or appointed Firm Representatives may vote and will receive separate instructions in August 2025.
